Founder

Data & Reporting

Decision Efficiency

Doug spent years building data infrastructure inside other people's companies. Mortgage capital markets, commercial real estate lending, logistics, software, equipment financing. A Fortune 500 carrier, a top-tier investment bank, and a lot of founder-led businesses in between.

None of those industries looked anything alike. The problems were nearly identical every time: data in systems that don't talk to each other, reports that should exist and don't, two numbers for the same thing and no way to settle which is right.

He started Kairos to fix them properly: scope the problem honestly, build the thing, and stay until people actually use it. He leads the Data & Reporting practice.

AI & Automation

Time Efficiency

Adam builds software that takes manual work off people’s plates. He has worked in medical equipment financing, healthcare, SaaS, and warehouse tracking. One automated pipeline he built replaced a finance team’s manual process and has since processed more than $119 million in funded deals.

He holds a master’s in AI and machine learning and led his engineering department’s move to AI-assisted development. At Kairos, he builds automations that give people their time back and hold up in production.

Operations & Supply Chain

Operational Efficiency

John has run supply chains for more than 35 years in national retail, home goods, apparel, e-commerce, and wholesale building products. He has managed sourcing across China, India, Thailand, and Europe, and spent a decade consulting directly with CEOs and CFOs on freight, warehousing, and customs.

His work pays for itself. He built a duty program that saved more than $10 million, and he found $11.3 million in supply chain costs at a single client. At Kairos, he finds the money hiding in freight, inventory, and process.
