Kairos Capital Solutions, LLC (“Kairos”, “we”, “us”) runs kairoscapitalsolutions.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, so it is short.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you send the form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, company, position, email address, phone number, the services you select and your message. We also record which page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a link that carries them, the campaign tags in that link (for example, which ad or post you clicked).
When you browse. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records things like which pages are viewed, the referring site, and your general country, browser and device type, in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
To keep the form working. When the form is sent, we briefly check your IP address to stop the same source sending many messages in a row. We do not store it with your message. Like any website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for a limited period.
Cookies
Browsing the public pages of this site does not set cookies. If you sign in to our client or staff portal, we use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you and follow up on what you asked about.
- To keep a record of our conversations and any work we do together.
- To understand which pages, posts and campaigns bring people to us, so we can improve the site.
- To keep the site and the form secure and free of spam.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
- Service providers that run the site and store its data for us: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Supabase (database). They process it on our behalf and not for their own purposes.
- Our partners, for services they deliver with us, such as cost recovery or financing. We only introduce you and pass on your details when you have asked us to pursue that service.
- Where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and contact details for as long as they are useful to the business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing doug@kairoscapitalsolutions.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you would rather we stop contacting you, just say so in a reply to any email from us.
Security
We use established providers, encrypted connections, and access controls that limit who on our team can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you send us.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
